Setup Dual Head for EeePC with Ubuntu

1. refer to How to setup Dual Head for Intel Graphics with RandR 1.2
2. edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf for Section "Screen"
   SubSection "Display"
   Depth 32
   Virtual 2048 2048
   EndSubSection
   
3. restart X with "ctrl-alt-backspace"
4. confirm the maximum "Screen 0" size is 2048x2048 with "xrandr -q"
5. set the screen layout
   xrandr --output VGA --pos 0x0
   xrandr --output LVDS --pos 0x1024
